MANY COME IN HIS NAME

Matthew 24 tells us that many will come in His name saying they are Christ and shall deceive many. Satan is the master deceiver and has cleverly seduced churches into worshipping ‘The Lord’, which isn't even Jesus' name . It is Satan’s general's name! “Lord” is nothing more than English title of nobility and too many have been deceived into calling out to it. However, this does not mean God will not answer when you call out that name. As a child you don't know your parents names, so you just call them “Mom” and “Dad”, and they answer. That's pretty much how God is! He knows you are calling Him. You are supposed to get older, grow up and stop being babies so He can lead you into the truth.

Yet , far too many remain at the baby stage forever and go around acting like mature adults in The Word even though they don't know anything and want to argue with everyone who does . These are the people who say they had a vision and a word from “The Lord. " These are false prophets to whom no one should listen. When they speak the word, it is Pauline scripture which comes to the mind and not to the heart, where Jesus speaks. That's how He operates! Satan will take you to Pauline verses ... to scripture written by Paul; the Most High never will!! There are basically two messiahs. Paul and his own gospel, “ I come to you with my own gospel,” he boldly proclaims; then you have Jesus and His Apostles. Two very distinct groups of people. Paul and his group were called Christians. The Apostles were never called Christians. That's why today there is the ‘church crowd, ' Christianity , and then you just have the believers in Jesus who He has called out of the churches. He has called them out of the whore churches of Babylon.

This is what Jesus says about it. (Matt. 10: 32 - 38) “Whosoever shall confess me before men, him will I also confess before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And a man's foes shall be they of his own household. He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.” Following Jesus is not an easy journey; those who say it is aren't of Him and many come in His name.
