FreedomTruthSeekers:
"Grace and Righteousness"

Grace and righteousness are two misunderstood subjects. Righteousness is a gift from Jesus who paid the price for our sins. Grace is His ability to keep the law, which is the standard of righteousness. Grace, or Jesus in us, allows us to fulfill all righteousness, obeying God’s laws of love. Accept Jesus' grace to walk in righteousness, by His power, not yours. Series runs from May 24th to June 7th on FreedomTruthSeekers.com.

With all the bad things that have happened to me, I know that God must truly hate me. Why He hates me, I do not know?

Re: Do You Think God Loves You or Hates You?

When we can look at creation & see all that God has made & given to His children, I know He loves us so much more than what we see. I find that a walk in the forest/bush & being close to nature helps me to feel His presence & love. Even the idea that He would allow us to decide for
ourselves which path to take shows us how much He loves us. We all have His Word & His Holy Spirit & when we ask Him for His understanding, wisdom & discernment, we have it. I know that He loves me, always has & always will.

Re: Do You Think God Loves You or Hates You?

Midge, Many very bad things have happened to me and even when they were happenning I knew without a doubt that God still loved me and always would. When my dad shot me in the back and left me crippled from midback down I still knew God loved me and would heal me. I have been in a healing cycle since last August. I can know walk a little over two blocks. And I know that Jesus will see that I am fully healed. I own what He has paid for. Jesus died for you and the sins that you have committed out of love for you. You need to acknowledge that love and own it also.

I have seen so much heart ache and losses in my life that the large Oxford dictionary could not hold it all. Why has God chosen me to beet upon? If He loves me you think He would bless me once and a while.

Re: Do You Think God Loves You or Hates You?

Betty,
This the second positive comment we have heard. We believe his last two teachings, judgment from the mercy seat and this one, the promises of faith, have been outstanding. We also are extremely thankful that we are blessed with an apostle who hears so clearly these profound teachings from the Holy Spirit. We are greatly blessed, and will be even more blessed if we can put into our hearts and lives these faith foundations, belief, trust, zeal for all of God's Word and laws, gratitude that will catapult us to higher levels of faith, hope, patience, and truth. I was planning to give it as a special treat to those who opt in for upcoming "How to Forgive" series of emails with the other free offers, but you and Cassidy have convinced me to bless everyone with being able to hear it over and over again soon on www.robertsmoreofjesus.com. We plan to give some of the principles when we travel to Kenya, Uganda, and French Benin for the fall feast. These are gems whose facets need to be meditated on and lived.

Re: Do You Think God Loves You or Hates You?

Vimmy, Nothing but bad things can come upon you, because your heart is filled rebellion. You speak ingratitude, lies and self deceit. God is not the cause or effect of what is happening to you, you are. You have chosen to test God by demanding your will be done not in the Fathers will being done in your life. You are responcible for every bad choice that you choose to make. Repent of your rebellion and get your life healed by Jesus.

Re: Do You Think God Loves You or Hates You?

I got baptized about 9 years ago and I was sure that God only loved me sometimes because of the number of times that I missed the mark. The church that I had been attending kept calling everyone a sinner and bound for hell unless we increased the offerings given to the church. I found myself paying for forgiveness instead of accepting forgiveness and being washed clean in the blood. No I know that He loves me.

Why does God hate men by allowing a woman to get pregnant before the marriage. He give uncontrollable drives and no help.

God allowed men to have free will and choose to call their drives uncontrollable and refuse to take responsibility for their actions. God did not impregnate the women, men did.

Justin,
God's purpose for man and woman is to grow in building character and self-control so we can be like Him (Mat. 5:48; Gen. 1:26-27). He did not make robots. And it's not only a woman problem, but also a man problem. It takes two.

Re: Do You Think God Loves You or Hates You?

I think that God hates me because He gave me a mother who thinks that she has to control everybody for every reason she can think of. She thinks that the less forgiving she is the more people will have to be humble around her and value her control. God never gave me the grace to deal with this nor has He opened the door for her to see herself and change. That has to be pure hate.

Nicole, Your anger and unforgiveness is blinding you to the fact that you are attempting to do the very things that you say you hate in your mother. Your failure to match her cruelty and control is making you jealous and wanting to blame God because your heart is evil. Accusing others for their mistakes will never justify yours, I know because I had to learn this the hard way from expiriences I do not want anyone else to have to repeat.

Re: Do You Think God Loves You or Hates You?

Nicole, my Aunt Peggy told me to read your comment and enter my own. My sister thought that she could control the world and was very upset when my mom and God put up barriors to her efforts. She hated them because she thought that her beauty was enough reason to have everybody bow down to her every whim. When she turned 19 and her boyfriend dropped her because of her selfishness and unforgiveness, she killed herself to get even with the world. I suggest you rethink the course of thinking you have allowed your mind to fallow for it does not end in any happiness, only death.

Nicole,
You are walking in pride. It is very easy to see by your response. The people that have posted on here are not picking on you. These answers are from God and experiences of others. The unforgiveness and hatred that is blinding you will distroy your life, if you choice to continue in it.

I to had unforgivness towards my mom for something that happened when I was 7 years old. I thought it was her fault because she wasn't there to protect me. I didn't realize that this was not the case till I turned 30. I have forgiven her in my heart and God has redeemed all the lost years of not trusting and having a open healthy relationship with her. We get along great now. And we give all the credit to God, because we know it was Him whom loves us that restored what satan tried to steal.

We pray that the spirit of forgiveness and repentance touch you.

Just because God does not want to come in agreement with you for your destruction or the destruction of your mother, does not mean that he does not love you. It is you who have taken on selfishness so that you could reject the love that loving people show you. Start to move in thankfulness and you will start to see love.

Nicole, your condition is often referred to as the buttercup condition and some call it the princess buttercup syndrome. It happens when a young lady refuses to acknowledge that she is loved, and has been loved all her life. She is so selfish that she will destroy the world rather than admit that she is wrong. Everyone who I have ever seen with this condition has been excedingly beautiful. I suggest that you start to examine things again but this time start off with saying I AM WRONG, FATHER HELP ME CHANGE TO BE RIGHT WITH YOU. And you will quickly find Gods love manifested to you.

Re: Humorous Tidbit Test: Where is Tennis Mentioned in the Bible?
Robert, you are right. The person we were thinking about is Paul who advised believers to sing. Colossians 3:16 The word of Christ shall dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to our Father Love.
Re: Humorous Tidbit Test: Where is Tennis Mentioned in the Bible?
Robert, yes the grass called timothy is enjoyed by horses and cattle. However, Timothy who travelled to Greece with Paul and Silas would not appreciate a lick from Paul. Paul just liked him.

Here's an answer about humility from Pastor Gerald's Pentecost sermon, adding new insight:

Humility is a must, as Matthew 5:5 explains. This verse refers to being teachable, able to function with wisdom and understanding. It doesn’t mean to be demanding to be heard for your own thoughts or emotions. It means to always be willing to hear the depths of emotions, thoughts, and fears, and support them into Jesus.
Re: Humorous Tidbit Test: Where is Tennis Mentioned in the Bible?
Marilyn,
The answer is funny,I'm sure. So my answer is probably not correct. Jesus commanded us in the Psalms to sing songs of joy. And he sang a hymn with the disciples after Passover.

Marilyn,
Great answers! Could you as a farm girl confirm the answer to a small town man? Isn't Timothy a horse's food? Or did Paul lick Timothy?
Re: What Do You Do for Fun (that Jesus would approve of)?
Holy,
Marilyn has given you a holy answer, inspired by God. Jesus said in John 10:10 that He came to give us life, and that life more abundantly. A sad saint without the joy of Jesus is a sad excuse for a saint. A person who doesn't have that joy doesn't know he or she is loved by our Father. True believers work and play. Sounds like your pastor doesn't know the Father loves him and wants him to enjoy life. That's sad. We pray God will give him a revelation of how much he is loved so he can walk in the joy of Jesus, without which he has no strength (Neh. 8:10). We pray you will listen to the Word rather than what your pastor says, and that you can walk in the joy of Jesus. Be blessed with the knowledge that God loves you and with the joy of Jesus. Have fun!
Re: What Do You Do for Fun (that Jesus would approve of)?
Holy, it sounds like you have not had much fun in your life. I can identify with that from a background of hard work and work hard. Religiosity dictates that principle. Jesus and our Father Love are different, they rejoice over us. Zeph. 3:17 "Jesus your God in your midst, the Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness,(the word rejoice also means dancing) He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing". For more information you could go to freedomtruthseekers.com and click on You tube. Then under Robert Scott's other channels choose Freedom Church, then 'featured channels' choose Mercy Mission. Here there are two short videos on the "Importance of Fun" that should answer more of your questions. We would also advise you to turn over the bitterness that comes from not having fun. The New Moon is good for this. We bless you with the ability to laugh more and have fun. The joy of Jesus is our strength.
Re: Humorous Tidbit Test: Where is Tennis Mentioned in the Bible?
Who advised believers to sing? Can you find where Jesus was singing?
Re: Humorous Tidbit Test: Where is Tennis Mentioned in the Bible?
Here is the answer to why was Paul like a horse. He liked Timothy. And as far as we can find, the shortest man in the Bible was Bildad the Shuhite (shoe-height). He was one of Job's "comforters". And he was of little comfort. Job 2:11
Re: What Do You Do for Fun (that Jesus would approve of)?
Our pastor said that Jesus does not approve of have fun. People are to be seen working not playing in order to be the light of the world.
Re: Can You Pass the Humility Test?
Glenn,
You are very perceptive. Of course, most of the comments are meant to be humorous. And truly humble people don't compare themselves with others.
Re: Why Do You or Don't You Observe Christmas and New Years?
JD Misto,
Check our site and you will find much on these feasts under "Celebrations." God bless you in keeping these feasts of God.
Re: Humorous Tidbit Test: Where is Tennis Mentioned in the Bible?
Hope someone can figure how Paul was like a horse. And maybe they can figure also who was the shortest man in the Bible.
Re: Humorous Tidbit Test: Where is Tennis Mentioned in the Bible?
Very good, Marilyn, you're exactly right! That's the only answer I know.
Re: Can You Pass the Humility Test?
I think that insecurity is at the root of your humility test and all its trophy winners.
Re: My Dream Is Telling Me Something—But What? (#22)
In my dream I came into a room and there was a man from church there. This man I have known since I was 12. I smiled and was talking to other people in the room but didn't greet him with a hug until he said "arent' you going to give me a hug." So I went over to him. As we talked and laughed about things I noticed that his hair was darker and he got trimmer and trimmer. He was smiling and happy.

Levi J. Your bell is a bell of dismissal. It was supposed to awaken those away in astro projection, deep trances and soul transfers. This type of bell never rings unless its owner is in one of the afore mentioned states. This bell cannot be destroyed by normal means as they normally have upto 8 souls of warriors attached to it. The bell is harmless.

J.T. Somalian men never forgive a woman who offends them or challenges them. Even in their prayers they continue to issue curses against those who have offended them. But it appears that your heart is not free to forgive them either. You are wide open to accept their curses.
Re: Why Do You or Don't You Observe Christmas and New Years?
Of course not! We keep the Holy Days as outlined in the Bible- came here from a google search- where/how do you keep them? I cannot seem to find that information here!
